Mint Watermelon Popsicles
What you’ll need:
- 2 ½ cups watermelon slices (divided)
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- 1½ cups coconut water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
How to make it:
- Blend 2 ½ cups of cut up watermelon along with mint leaves, coconut water, lime juice, and honey.
- Pour evenly amongst the molds, stirring and filling each.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Most of the time it's not a fruity popsicle we’re craving—it is the thick deliciousness of ice cream. This recipe will provide you with the goodness of your favorite soft serve while remaining healthy.
Strawberry Peach Yogurt Popsicles
What you’ll need:
- 3 cups strawberries (pureed to 1 ½ cups)
- 3 cups peaches (pureed to 1 ½ cups)
- 2 tablespoons honey (divided)
- ⅔ cup of vanilla greek yogurt
How to make it:
- Blend together puree strawberries with 4 teaspoons of honey (in blender)
- Blend separately the pureed peaches with 2 teaspoons of honey
- Rotate creating layers of 2 teaspoons strawberries, 1 teaspoon of yogurt, and 2 teaspoons peaches until reaching the top layer.
- Settle the layers by tapping the mold on the countertop. Use a spoon or fork on the top to create a swirl pattern.
- Remove air bubbles, insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Fresh, fruity popsicles are always a good time but sometimes we need that extra umph to meet all our summer time cravings. This boozy pop is a great alternative to drinking your alc.
The Classic Boozy Popsicle
What you’ll need;
- 1½ cups strawberries
- 2 cups watermelon
- 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ¼ cups moscato
- 2 lemon wedges (juiced)
How to Make it:
- Put aside ⅙ of a cup of cut-up strawberries.
- Combine and blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour into mold and place additional piece evenly throughout the molds.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours.
Looking for Something With a Kick?
Cream and booze are great on their own but what if I told you there was an option to have both coupled with a bit of spice? This recipe is perfect if you’re looking for a little something more than your average boozy pop and will have you missing Distrito within the first lick.
Jalapeño-Marg Popsicle
What you’ll need:
Jalapeño-infused tequila:
- 1 jalapeño pepper sliced
- ½ cup silver tequila
Marg popsicles:
- 4 cups diced mango
- ½ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 6 tablespoons jalapeño tequila
How to Make it:
Tequila:
- Combine sliced jalapeño and tequila and infuse for 6 hours in a container with a closed cap.
Marg pop:
- Blend mango, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and powdered sugar until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Stir in jalapeño tequila.
- Pour into mold, fit with sticks and freeze for 6 hours.
