As this 80 degree October fades into a slightly cooler November that could maybe even be called Fall, it’s time to switch up your playlist to something that fits the weather.
I grew up in Central Florida, where we broke out sweaters and boots when the weather hit 60 degrees. Folky and acoustic music made the nonexistent seasons feel real to me. There’s something cozy about this type of music—something that makes you want to curl up in flannel pajama pants by a fire with a book and a cup of coffee, as wildly cliché as that sounds.
So even with days this week still reaching upwards of 70 degrees, these songs make it feel like Fall is here and snowy days are just around the corner.
