Story: Stephen has two tattoos (and is planning on a third) written in his father’s handwriting. The spanish phrases come from the final page of a booklet of thoughts, notes and poems (some pensamientos) his dad gave him several years ago. The first one, which he got at 16, translates to:

Parent approved?: While his dad knows about the tattoos, they were a personal choice for Stephen.
