Most of us actually aren’t as physically prepared for sex as our bodies would want us to be, especially when alcohol and/or drugs are involved. Now, how to add this wonderful product into your sex life? Honestly, you can add a little in a condom so that it’s not dry for him and put it on the outside of his condom so it’s good for you. (Remember to keep it safe!) If you’ve been fucking for a while and start to feel friction, you can add it to your parts or his again—whatever feels right in the moment. It is important to note that water–based lube is most often used for vaginal sex and silicone–based is best for anal, since it lasts longer.
