Celebrate Hispanic Culture in Philadelphia with two days of authentic food, a youth Latin Dance competition, performances by Tonny Tun Yun (Saturday) and Tony Vega (Sunday). The festival, organized by Concilio, Council of Spanish Speaking Organizations of Philadelphia. Some of the dancers will even perform scenes from In the Heights.
