What: Last chance for Center City District Restaurant Week When: January 29-February 3, 2012. Why: Eat and be merry! Participating restaurants will offer three-course dinners for only $35 per person. What: Birra started serving Brunch this past weekend Where: 1700 E Passyunk Ave Why: You're sick of Tap Brunch, and even though service at Marathon sucked, you kinda miss it. It's a bit off your beaten track but in the spirit of procrastination and Tiramisu Waffles (!!) just go for it! There are rumors about breakfast pizza if that helps. Brunch will be served Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with menu prices ranging from $6 to $14.
What: Northern Liberties Scavenger Hunt at Apollinare Restaurant at The Piazza @ Schmidt's When: Every 4th Saturday: 1:30-4 pm. $39/person (Gratuity not included) Why: When was the last time you went on an adventure? Two and a half hours exploring the Northern Liberties neighborhood and solving a set of crafty clues will take you to up to 6 different restaurants where you will try a wide variety of sweet and savory treats. Just go, it's elementary my dear Watson!
