Ingredients: 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds 2 1/2 tablespoons brown mustard seeds 1/4-1/3 cup white wine 1/3 cup white wine vinegar 1 shallot, minced 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions: Combine all the above ingredients. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Process mixture in a blender or food processor until it has the consistency you enjoy (less time for grainy mustard and more time for smooth mustard). Slather it on a sandwich and enjoy!
