Cook with friends. If you split the costs, you’ll get more for your money. 4. Embrace brunch. Having people over for meals other than dinner can be just as fun and more cost effective. 5. Go west. There are lots of cheap grocery stores, ethnic markets and great restaurants hidden in West Philly.
