Worth scribbling on a cocktail napkin
Missing the freedom of winter break? Here are a few drink recipes three Penn students found particularly memorable. Throw these together and transport to a few weeks ago, whether you spent your vacation on the beach, in some bar or just hanging out in your basement.
CABO
"The Dirty Monkey: Cabo San Lucas Style"
-1 « oz coffee liquor
-1 oz vodka
-4 oz chocolate milk
-1/2 banana
-ice
Blend together. Revel in brilliance of cocktail made with Nestlé Quik.

"Rosemary Salty Dog"
-2 oz fresh red grapefruit juice
-1.5 oz gin
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-one 1-inch sprig rosemary
-1 grapefruit wedge for garnish
-kosher salt for your martini glass
Shake it all up with a cocktail shaker and strain. Try not to swallow the leaves. They hurt.

PUERTO RICO
"Wasikoki"
-1 oz Cruzan pineapple
-1 oz Cruzan coconut
-1 oz Cruzan orange
-1 oz Cruzan mango
-1 oz Cruzan banana
-1.5 oz cranberry juice
-1 oz pineapple juice
-.5 oz orange juice
Serve in a tall glass. Tastes best while sunning poolside in private cabana.
