Pear Lemonade is the warm-weather speciality at 707 Restaurant & Bar, a new spot on Chestnut Street that specializes in fresh takes on American classics. They serve hamburgers, hanger steaks and cobb salads, all with a contemporary presentation.
The food is good, but the bar is better. 707 has a wide variety of affordable wines from all over the world and unusual, seasonal beers. But their cocktails are particularly worth the trip. Try the Pear Lemonade at their daily happy hour, which is from 5-7 p.m. and features a rotation of drink specials.

Pear Lemonade:
1-1.5 oz Pear Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Simple Syrup
Serve over ice and top with club soda.
