Are you FIERCE? Starting next week, tune in for installments of Street's own modeling competition, "Penn's Next Top Model." Follow a group of Penn's very own and help decide who will still be in the running to be Penn's next top model.
Meet the pntm judges
Senior Lizette St. Hilaire started her modeling career at age 16 and competed, one year later, in Elite Modeling Agency's "Look of the Year." After taking a three-year absence from Penn to model, Lizette returned to school to finish her degree. Lizette has worked with fashion moguls Yves Saint-Laurent and Christian Dior and has modeling contracts with top agencies in the venerable fashion capitals New York, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam and London. PNTM welcomes this fierce lady to its judging board.
Sophomore Daily Pennsylvanian Senior Photo Editor Alex Small has been covering every hot party from Theta's "Black and Gold" pre-party to Theta's "Black and Gold" actual party since his emergence into the urban spotlight. This moppy-haired paparazzo joins PNTM in his first look away from the lens. Alex aspires to one day join the ranks of other heterosexual photographer playboys like his idol, Nigel Barker. For more on Alex's haute-couture work, see www.alexsmall.com.
College '05 alum, Michael Pollak, not only coined the term "Oyvasian" (slang for the hybrid breed of the Chinese-Jew), but he is one. After graduating from Penn with a degree in architecture, Michael took a job with a posh Philadelphia modern furniture line. Michael is into high (not popped) collars, high cheekbones and high thread counts. He reserves the right to judge with such adjectives as "architectural" and "fugly" and believes there is a word for the sweatpants/Uggs combination -- and it isn't "fashion"
