You can literally just break up one of the little cubes and sprinkle it over any type of food. I sprinkle it over chicken often. The other day I made wilted spinach, grilled chicken and Greek yogurt and then sprinkled that over it all and it was amazing. When I was in Ghana they would rub it on pieces of chicken, let it sit for an hour, then grill it on a kebab. The most delicious thing ever.”
