Morning After: Squash Burrito

–2 eggs, scrambled with salt and pepper
–1/2 cup roasted butternut squash
–1/4 cup black beans (the canned ones work)
–1 plum tomato, chopped
–1/4 tsp. ground cumin
–1 flour tortilla

Scramble everything together over medium high heat. Wrap it in a tortilla and top with your favorite fixins. Puts any sweet potato burrito to shame.
