Video Review: Sleigh Bells’ “Rill Rill”
Below is the very first Street Music Video review, in which we present a stream of consciousness reaction to a particularly intriguing music video. This week, we watch Sleigh Bells’ “Rill Rill,” which takes us from the desert to a middle school and back, all the while telling a gruesome tale of abandonment. Or something like that.
As this is our first ever music video review, give us some feedback in the comments below. And good luck getting this song out of your head once you watch the video.

great review!
dudes, you never saw MST3K, huh?
Not really sure how that was a review, nor was it stream-of-consciousness in any way. Seemed to me like it was an attempt at recreating Pop Up Video. The only critical part of the review was whether or not she was attractive or what kind of “vibe” the video had. Still it was amusing.
Love it. Literally “LOL”ed several times. More! More!
Seems less like a review, and more like explaining the story that was meant to be told with the video, in a funny way. Kinda like Mystery Science Theater 3000.. But I appreciated it because the first go-round it didn’t seem so linear to me. I didn’t notice the big gash in his head at first.
sweeeet debut video! review sokay.
Brought back memories of VH1′s “Pop Up Video” !
